PRIVACY POLICY
I. General provisions
1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Website www.aibaconference.com.
2. This document in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered on the Website by the User.

III. Personal data protection
1. Having the best security of entrusted data in mind, internal procedures and recommendations have been developed. Its aim is to prevent data from being made available to unauthorized persons. Their compliance with the relevant legal acts is constantly checked – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all types of executive acts and Community law acts.
2. The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to them. Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take action for which the Website is intended.
3. The Administrator uses the most modern technical measures and organizational solutions ensuring high protection of personal data being processed.
IV. Personal data processing
1. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and – in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data – on the basis of the law. It is processed in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties. The data will be processed until the consent expressed by the User is revoked, for the period required by law or for the period of achieving the goal specified between the parties.
2. The data provided in the forms on the Website are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. sending information about the AI<>BA conference.
3. Personal data left on the Website will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The data may be made available to external entities on the basis of an entrustment agreement for the proper implementation of IT, administrative, accounting, marketing services, etc.
4. The data may be made available to external entities, partners, on the basis of a separate consent.
V. Users’ rights
1. The data contained in the form may be viewed by the person who placed it there. This person also has the right to rectify, delete or limit the processing of their data at any time.
2. Users have the right to object to further processing, as well as to withdraw the previous consent of data processing. Using the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.
3. If the data changes, the user should update them by sending an appropriate message to the address provided below in the Contact section.
4. In case of violation of any point of this document, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.
