To get to the conference from abroad, you can travel by:

  • Plane: The nearest international airports are Katowice International Airport (KTW), known as Katowice Pyrzowice Airport, and Kraków International Airport (KRK), known as Kraków Airport.
  • Train: The nearest train station is Katowice Główne (Katowice Main Station) - the museum is approximately a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the station.
  • Car: There is a free parking lot close to the Muzeum (including the parking lot from the Cultural Zone, which is near the Silesian Muzeum)
  • Public transportation: We recommend downloading, for example, the jakdojade app, which provides detailed information on public transportation options, including buses, trams, and trains across Polish cities. It features real-time departure and arrival times and is available in English and Polish
